Desalination

People’s lives depend on the availability of fresh drinkable water and one of the main problems people face is shortage of water.
Hence, we have taken an initiative to provide fresh drinkable water to people who have no access to it.
One of the big deals is the environmental concern when handling the concentrate disposal.
Another important point about desalination processes is the increasingly interest in coupling the units with renewable energy sources.
The purpose of this initiative was to provide pure drinkable water to people who cannot afford it and also to spread awareness so as to not waste unnecessary water.

Equipment List

1. Pretreatment process.
2. High pressure pumps.
3. Membrane layer.
4. After-treatment system.

Our Process

We use reverse osmosis in our desalination plants since it is the most safe and economic desalination process.
The process is to basically separate the minerals and salts dissolved in water. We call it “reverse osmosis filtration”
First, we use the pretreatment process to clean the water of any debris or rocks.
Then we use the high-pressure pumps to pass the water through the membrane layer and the salt is separated through the membrane and clean water is passed into the collection tank.
It is then processed into the after-treatment system to remove any unwanted bacteria.
